I can’t believe how quick and easy this recipe was! PS – it tasted amazing, too!

Ingredients:
- 1-2 lbs Organic strawberries, washed and dried
- 6 ounces vegan chocolate chips or chunks
- 1 tsp Coconut oil
Directions:
- On low heat, warm 1 tsp coconut oil in a pot on the stove.
- Add chocolate chips and stir until melted. Adjust temperature as needed so that chocolate doesn’t burn but melts enough.
- Dip strawberries (or any other fruit – I also did sliced bananas and blackberries) in chocolate and place on parchment paper to dry.
- Place in refrigerator until chocolate hardens (this was only about 15 minutes for me)
- Enjoy!
