Looks for Less: Cozy, Bright Boho Corner

Just a super quick, mid-week DIY post because I couldn’t resist featuring this adorable corner from fellow instagrammer and blogger @thejungalow — surely I can fit this somewhere in my house, right?! It is the perfect balance of cozy, bohemian, modern, and functional — all without being too cluttered. Despite the range of colors, its still easy on the eye due to the fact that brown, earth-tones form the base of everything. And, in my book, plants are neutrals, too!!!

Here’s how I’d create this look at home:

1) The chair is obviously key in a cozy reading corner. I love the lighter, worn-in leather and the swivel (look closely!). I think a swivel is especially clutch here because of that big window – easy for shifting into bird-watching (or neighbor-watching?) mode!!! Let me warn you – nice chairs like this are expensive.
